The team will make every effort to meet all deadlines in a timely and efficient manner. All phone calls will be returned within 24 hours during normal business working hours. We will notify you immediately if a problem is encountered and within 24 hours a solution will be presented. Your JAS team is a part of your business and your family and can be reached by telephone, fax or email to assist you as the need arises. Fees will be discussed prior to any engagement and any fee adjustments necessary as a result of change in scope will be discussed when they arise.
Guarantee
In consideration of the trust that you have shown towards our firm by entrusting us with providing ongoing accounting services, we feel you deserve the finest possible service and the greatest loyalty. We are committed to looking after your business as if it were our own. If you are dissatisfied with our service for ANY reason, please contact our office immediately. If your complaint is fair and reasonable and is not acted upon within 48 hours and/or the situation rectified within a reasonable time, we will refund the full fee paid by you relating to the complaint.
